1. Who We Are

Isabella MGMT ("we", "our", or "us") operates as the data controller for all personal information collected through this website and our application portals. If you have any questions regarding your data, you can contact us at hello@isabellamgmt.co.uk.

2. What Information We Collect

When you apply to join our roster, through the application form on this website, we collect:

  • Your full name, email address and phone number
  • The cities you are able to work in
  • Your age (you must be 18 or over to apply)
  • Your gender
  • Your Instagram handle, if you give us one
  • Your years of experience, and the types of work you have done (for example promotional, fashion, commercial, hosting, bar or make-up)
  • The languages you speak
  • Your height, clothing size and shoe size
  • Your hair colour and eye colour
  • The photographs you upload with your application

If you are represented by us, you can keep those details up to date yourself in the staff area, and may also add a short biography, a link to your Instagram profile, and further portfolio photographs.

If you contact us about a booking, whether through the contact form or a quote request, we collect your name, email address, the company you represent, the type and date of your event, its location, the number of people you need, and whatever details you give us in your brief.

We do not ask for your date of birth, and we do not collect payment details through this website.

3. Why We Collect It and How It Is Used

We process your personal data under the lawful basis of contract (taking steps to enter into a representation agreement) and legitimate interests to run a modeling agency. Specifically, your data is used for:

  • Evaluating your suitability for model representation and portfolio administration.
  • Compiling casting packages and sharing your measurements, images, and contact details with commercial clients, photographers, and brands for booking opportunities.
  • Communicating with you regarding test shoots, castings, and representation updates.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as you are actively signed to our books as a represented model. If you are not signed or choose to leave our agency, your data is deleted upon your request, or when you explicitly request to be removed from our systems.

5. Your Data Protection Rights

Under UK data protection laws, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you (Subject Access Request).
  • Request the correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request the erasure of your data when you are no longer represented or wish to withdraw your application.
  • Restrict or object to how your data is processed.
